Bitcoin is pseudonymous, not anonymous, in both directions. That address is public forever and every payment to it is permanently visible to anybody who looks. If that matters to you, do not send from an exchange account with your name on it.
This is not a registered charity, nothing here is tax deductible, and there is no refund mechanism because there is no mechanism at all. It is an address. Money goes in one direction.
No donation changes any rule on this site. If a donor asked me to stop flagging “leverage”, the answer would be no, and the ask would end up quoted on this page.
